Europa-Allee forms the core of Europaviertel. In the heart of the district, a well-connected business location is being created. We have already sold all the properties along the 60-meter-wide boulevard. The buyers are Messe Frankfurt and various project developers. We are realizing our own building construction projects on three building plots, with which we are creating a total of 70,000 square meters of office space in Frankfurt.

For Deutsche Bahn AG, we are constructing an ensemble of buildings with a total rental space of 53,778 square meters on plots 42 b and 42c East. This is Aurelis' largest building construction project. Around 3,000 DB employees from various business segments will move into the new location. A real eye-catcher will be the approx. 60-meter high tower. In October 2018, we sold the building ensemble to Warburg-HIH Invest during the construction phase.

On the last still available construction site, we are building the new location for the consulting company Deloitte. The building is called Zebra because of its black and white façade and has 17,000 square meters of rental space. Our goal is to realize a flexible and sustainable new building for our tenant. We are therefore aiming for DGNB certification in gold.
